PAIR of New Aluminium Trials Rear Shocks
These are the new lightweight version of the trusted Betor Trials Shocks. The spring holder is aluminium rather than steel. The spring adjuster and upper & lower mount for the shock are also aluminium saving about 10% of the weight.
The spring is infinitely adjustable by means of a screw thead rather than a circlip & grooves. We set the springs length at 250mm before shipping, this is a good place to start Damper bodies are steel with a chrome finish 14.17" - 360mm Choice of 40lb or 50lb spring 4.1" (105mm) Travel 11mm Damper Rod Damped using a combination of Oil & Nitrogen 2.15 kgs Fully rebuildable Ready to fit and use We fit these to all our TY125 & TY175 bike as the extra length not only increases ground clearance but improves the steering quite dramatically. The only modifications needing done is to drop the forks in the yokes so the chrome slider is level with the top of the yoke and extend the sidestand by 20mm. Also standard length for the following bikes - CCM / Armstrong 250 / 320 Montesa Cota 248 & 349
