You wouldn't fit a new kickstart shaft with an old oil seal would you!
You most probably will have a hole punched in the side of you clutch cover, most TY175's have this. This problem is caused by the shaft turning within the stop, the sticky out bit on the left in the picture. The stop is only pressed on to the end of the shaft. This sends the kickstart bolt through the clutch cover. Unless you replace the kickstart shaft this will keep occurring and can be most annoying after you have spent a small fortune on getting the case welded.
