If there is fuel coming out of the float bowl overflow then this is likely to be the culprit. Either caused by a piece of dirt lodged in the valve so it cannot close or wear in the assembly itself. To test if it is worn run your thumbnail up the cone of the needle and if you can feel a ridge then it needs replaced.
This is the complete assembly, valve, needle & gasket, they need to be replaced as one unit. Don't forget the gasket or your float height will be wrong.
Float height should be 23mm +/-1.0mm, measured without float bowl gasket fitted.
