For TY250 Twinshock from 1975 onwards, 1974 TY250A used a different clutch and we will have the correct springs listed shortly
The secret of a light clutch action on these small bikes is to go for lightweight springs and heavy duty clutch plates, not the other way about. Most aftermarket springs are heavy duty ones, more suited for sub 8 second runs at Santa Pod than for trials use and they make the clutch lever very heavy. Most of the cheap clutch plate sets are lightweight and will not put up with trials use. We sell EBC Heavy Duty Clutch Plates which are listed on the previous page.
